Windows 10: Windows 10 firewall

Since a couple of weeks, every times I start my computer at the end of the start up I got the notification that both firewall (Windows defender and my own Internet provider one) are not in fonction, I have talked to my Internet provider technical service and on their side they said that everything is ok, further more their program show that the firewall is working fine, so I have those question :

• Which information I should take as the good one, the one from my provider or the one from Windows ?

• How can I resolved the windows 10 notification, I even tried to stop the notifications, but it didn't work ?

Can Windows Firewall block outgoing connections yet? If not, it's one step above useless.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows firewall question

yes i am sure i am having no issues with a router. this is at my work. and i only have issues with the windows 7 firewall.

as for adding ports, i do it the same as what is listed in your picture.
