Windows 10: Windows 10 Flickering Black Screen In Game

As of yesterday I have started encountering an issue when playing games on my PC build running Windows 10. This issue only happens when in fullscreen/windowed fullscreen and some games work fine. The display will either be completely black, or flicker black when I click and press keys. Sound will still work fine. I have updated all of my drivers, run malware scans, run disk cleanups, repaired windows, spent at least 4 hours researching and still no luck. Before this, a couple weeks ago, my games would sometimes freeze for a few seconds which made games like Escape From Tarkov or Rust completely impossible, and now pretty much every game is unplayable in fullscreen mode. I am concerned my hardware is damaged or faulty. Any help would be great, thanks.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core

16GB RAM

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

• What is the make and model of the PC?
• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?
• Do you get any error message/code while login to the PC?
