Windows 10: Windows 10 Foto's app not adding new pictures and video's

Hi,


My Windows 10 foto's app isn't updating the new foto's. I have this problem now on two computers. Reinstalling isn't really an option, because we're talking about 35.000 pictures and video's, and it takes a long time just to re-index them. I tried this two times, but it didn't solve the problem, so I'm mot trying that again.


The files show in the file explorer, and I can open them by hand using the foto's app, but they just don't show in the collection tab.


At the moment, if I copy the newly imported files onto them selves they appear having the original file and the copy with the same name and - copy, in the same directory sometimes solves the problem.

Anyone any idea's?

Windows 10 foto app

Windows 10 foto app does not see my picture map. In settings my picture map added, still getting the message that there are no pictures etc. in this map ?

 

Video in Foto's app

Hello, I spent a lot of time making a video in the foto's app, but when I want to open it now, it doesn't open, it keeps 'thinking'and only shows some of the pictures in the left corner...

Does anyone have any idea how I can solve this?
