Windows 10: Windows 10 freeze on shut down

Hi,


I've just resetted my PC with everything removed and have a clean slate to start again. Problem is after a few days, with little apps installed and running happily, the shutdown freeze returned. I'm at a lost as to what to do. I'm not good in technical stuff so I'm wondering if it has anything to do with this windows update that can't seem to push through >> I've included a picture. It's "2019-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4489868)".





Please advise. because my computer was on the whole time. Don't understand why it said it was turned off.

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
