Windows 10: windows 10 freeze on startup

I have a windows 10 Acer-Nitro5 An515 laptop. i bought it brand new in early 2020, I've been using it frequently for college study purposes only.about a month ago I tried to boot up my laptop, but after two seconds it froze at the spinning dots that indicates that windows loading and never gone any further. i had to hard shutdown it . I found a way to access to the desktop by entering BIOS right it before freezes. I exit the BIOS without any changes and the laptop booted perfectly. i also noticed that whenever I start my computer after a shutdown, sleep, hibernate or reboot, it always freezes

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

• Do you have a USB device attached? If yes, can you remove the device and log in again.
  
• Have you tried turning off the WiFi feature in your laptop before logging in?
  
• How about running a Startup Repair in your Windows 10 laptop? (Boot to Advanced Startup Options>Click on Troubleshoot> Click on Advanced options> Click on Startup Repair)
• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
