Windows 10: Windows 10 Freeze/Random Reboots - Bug Check Code 0x00000133

Hello,

I'm quite stumped on what to do next so I'd like to ask your help for the following problem.

Ever since setting up my PC in February, I've been getting random crashes and freezes and I can't get to the bottom of it. Almost always (when there's a .dmp created) the bug check code is 0x000001ca (SYNTHETIC_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT). These freezes/crashes seem to happen once every week or so. They are really random.

I've reset my BIOS to defaults, run different hardware tests (memtest86, etc.) but these crashes keep happening. I've also tried Drive Verified as indicated here and you can find the resulting mini-dump with it enabled below.

I've been having troubles with my Dell R530 server Blue Screen one time yesterday. The server hangs and freeze need to reset server to back normal work.

OS: Windows server 2016

Bug Check Code: 0x00000133

Cash address: ntoskrnl.exe+149f90

Caused By Address: hal.dll+4e390

I am wondering if someone at MS would be able to analyse and deep - investigate the issue. Please let me know if you need anything else.

BSOD, Bug check code 0x00000133, caused by driver hal.dll

Lenovo ThinkPad with Intel i-7 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 professional edition, suddenly crashed with BSOD, Bug check code 0x00000133, caused by driver hal.dll

Attached is the minidump file.

Any hints an to what might have caused the problem ?
