Windows 10: Windows 10 Freeze Randomly

We have a self serve kiosk running Windows 10. This kiosk runs all the time. This kiosk freezes randomly and have to hard restart by pressing power button. Keyboard and mouse doesn’t work. Even ctrl+alt+del not work. This happens randomly. Sometime it freezes after 12 hours, sometime after 4 days and even sometime it doesn’t freezes after continuous running of more than 20 days. It is totally random. We have turn off display option set to never and sleep to never. We need it run all the time. We have also set turn off hard drive to never and PCI Expressè Link State Power Management to OFF but still no luck. Can you guide us what can be the issue? Is it something with hardware or software? Is there any kind of log files we can view? We tried to see event log but didn’t find any helpful information.

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

• Go to the computer manufacturer's website.
• Look for the computer model that you're using.
• You should find any available BIOS update.
