Windows 10: Windows 10 freezes, downgrade to windows 8

Hello,



I recently upgraded to windows 10 on my HP pavilion TS 14 (4gb Ram, 1.5ghz, AMD radeon hd 8330), and for some reason, every 2 seconds, the whole system freezes for about a second. I tried everything to fix this, including updating drivers for sound, graphics, touchpad (from windows update or the manufacturer) or anything that I think could have been at fault. As a last measure, I used the "start fresh" to clean the laptop and reinstall windows. The problem still persists, and I've tried many solutions, even the background slideshow. I am at a lost. Is my laptop just not compatible with this OS?


If so, I tried to go back to windows 8.1, which was running fine, but I have been unable to since the Rollback option is no more after the Start Fresh. I then installed the windows media creation tool but run into the error "setup has failed to determine supported install choices".


Which is why I am here, looking for the answer to my problem which has been going on for days.
