Windows 10: Windows 10 freezes with Adobe CC218 products and H.254 video encoding

I can’t use any of the new CC2018 products in my PC. Majority of them makes windows10 to freeze when opening and some makes windows just to crash inside the app making a specific task like rendering or even open an EPS file for example.
I’m on a fresh install of Windows10, fully updated and drivers as well.
I’m a on a x299 motherboard with 7980xe CPU auto overclocked to 4.6ghz. For RAM i have Corsair Vegeance LPX 32Gb, QC kit. Graphics stands for GTX 1070.
I have to add that I’m having some specific problems regarding video encoding with Handbrake, for example. Computer freezes with a H.254 encoding. Same happens with Premiere app for example. I wonder if you have any idea of what can be undergoing here in order for me to try to solve it out as well. You think it’s an hardware problem or a software bug? Thanks.

Windows 10 and H.264

Does Windows 10 support H.264 video codes? Or in other words, do the Apps for Windows 10 use H.264 to encode and decode video? What profile level?

 

H.264/AVC Encode

Hi,

Just some clarification so I don't continue wasting hours encoding video!

I've been trying for ages to get H.264 working on my phone at 640x480 resolution. So if I'm understanding this post correctly, the N95 can't go above 320x240 for H.264??

Don't get me wrong: MPEG-4 looks awesome on the N95 handset, but H.264 would be much, much better for tv-out...

And can it still support H.264 using widescreen resolutions below 320x240?

H.264 video, max settings?

Hi I have been playing around with H.264 encoding (using SUPER or PS3 Video 9) and the results are good. Except I have the feeling that if I take the resolution of the target video too big real player won't play the file.

My question is: what are the maximum settings for resolution and bitrate for H.264 encoded video's for the N95 (8gb)?
