Windows 10: Windows 10 freezing a lot.

This started either in October or August of 2021.Ever since then, there will be a 3 or 4 day period when Windows explorer freezes. I can tell this has happened because the clock is stuck at an old time.When this happens, sometimes I can still use some apps for a little while longer, sometimes not.When this happens, I restart my PC. After the 3-4 day period, then it won't happen again for 2 or 3 weeks. Then it will happen several times again.I almost think it's tied to Firefox, but I think one time it happened when I was using Chrome too.My Firefox and Windows have been updated several times

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
