Windows 10: Windows 10 freezing

I just had a new SSD, memory and battery installed by a professional into a E6520 Dell Latitude. He also clean installed Windows 10 with update 2004. He cannot resolve the problem I am having with the computer freezing right after startup. I can get into websites but almost immediately the computer freezes. At this point I shut down using the power button, bring it back up and it works fine. Once I close the lid and it goes to sleep and I want to browse again, it freezes and I have to start the same process again. Any suggestions?
