Windows 10: Windows 10 Fresh Install

Hoping for some help from the community - I've gotten myself to the point where my laptop is unable to boot.

Ultimately my goal was to upgrade my laptop to a fresh Windows 10 install on a new SSD. With two different SSDs I got the 'Windows 10 unable to reset a required drive partition is missing' error, so I decided to do a clean install on my old hard drive first, then mirror it over to the SSD. I started the clean install but it eventually stopped with the 'There was a problem resetting your pc' error.


At this point, Windows will not load, it just continues to cycle through the opening Dell screen, then to black screen, then eventually it appears to shut itself down and restart. I tried booting from the Media Creation Tool disk and selecting the 'Revert to previous build' option, but that says there is no previous build. Also tried new clean install again, but that stops at the same point with the same error.


So now I have a laptop that won't boot up, and my attempt to do a clean install on my new SSD doesn't work either.


Looking for any suggestions. Thanks!!!


Machine is a Dell Inspiron 15R, originally with Windows 8. I converted to Windows 10 a couple years back and it's been working okay other than a bit slow, which is why I was attempting to go to an SSD.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 10 installing progs

Fresh installs do it too, in fact i have had the same bs happen. Might be suggested apps which you can turn off.
