Windows 10: Windows 10 glitch

My computer has been glitching like this since 2 days and i don't know whats the problem.Also when i take my cursor to an icon it doesn't show the name,just a blank spce.Help

• Click OK

Glitching After Updating To Windows 10

• When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?
