Windows 10 hang after long time idle 23 march

    Hi

    Pc:108500K stock 4800mhz
    2x16 GB DDR4 GSKILL 3000mhz XMP
    Seasonic Tx-850 Ultra Titanium
    Gigabyte Rtx 3090 Gaming OC
    Aorus Z490 Pro Gaming
    1 TB SSD

    Drivers 461.72

I have updated Windows 10 to H20,the newest version. I installed windows 1 month ago with new pc. So far so good, games not crashing all stable. My pc is on 24 hours. 23 march on 2:30 night pc was idle 5-6hours in desktop. After few hours when i go to use pc, i run Google chrome and then all starts slowly responding. I mean i was able to touch/move mouse, but all stops slowly responding. Chrome, search bar, start button stops responding. When i make CTRL ALT DELETE ,then black screen apeared with blue circle ( instead of mouse arrow ) and then mouse stops responding and keyboard. Caps Lock stops worked. So Windows 10 get locked. So i force hard reset.

Is there somewhere my pc not stable or its a windows thing?

Like i said pc was idle 5-6 hours ,when i go to use pc, i turned on google chrome and then all starts slowly hanging. I checked EVENT VIEWER: Nothing,0 entries about any errors.Thx. Reliability monitor nothing said, empty.

    ah ps

NZXT cam was on background and epic launcher + steam.

PS:Karhu Ram Test for 3 hours finished without errors. Dont have crashes in game.
Pc is not overclocked. Only XMP on.

It not happened again since 23 march. Is my hardware ok?

Its stable on heavy load. Also my ram is on XMP ( 3200mhz ) and never crash in games and not freezing.

Happens once in Windows 10 after long time on idle, when i run chrome , all started slowly hanging. And i make ctrl alt delete and then all hangs ,caps lock stops working.

Windows 10 hangs after long time idling.

    Hello xxx123 *Smile,

Please remove the XMP from the memory settings and see if the hangs still occur. Your Intel processor is only guaranteed to work reliably if the memory speed is 2933MHz or less. From my experience these hangs do happen more often when the system is idling because it relates to the power saving modes that modern processors are set up to use when the system is idling.

Also remember that we like to see the logs from the BSOD Posting Instructions.
