Windows 10: windows 10 help

I need some help removing a microsoft email from my winows 10 settings. I've already went into settings, email and app accounts tab, selected the email and clicked remove. I've went into that microsoft account online and closed it. I've also logged into the account online and removed the device. when i go back to settings and click on the email, there is no option to remove it. So for some reason it still shows my old microsoft email in the email and app accounts section. So does anyone know how to fully remove a microsoft email in that section of the settings?

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
