Windows 10: Windows 10 Hibernation Bug?

Hello, One of my clients computers seems to always go into hibernation mode when he walks away from it, Moving his mouse will not wake the computer back up, the only thing that does is shutting it off from the power button on the pc and waiting a few minutes and starting it again, I have disabled hibernation in the power plan and in CMD, I've also repaired the hyberfil.sys file which seemingly did nothing, I checked in the BIOs to make sure that the USB wake setting was checked! This is getting beyond ridiculous! Any ideas?

I suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if for any power components change status.

• Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type troubleshooting and select the top most search result.
• Click on View All from the left side panel of the window.
• Select Power from the options, click on Advanced option and check Apply repairs automatically option.
• Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting to complete.
• Check for the missing/corrupted power component status of the troubleshooter, close the window and check if the issue is resolved.
