I have upgraded to Win7 to Win10 Pro 64bit,have not ever used Windows8.

    Re-upgrading from Windows 7 pro 64bit to Windows 10 pro 64bit

    Hi.
You can re-upgrade your system, as long as it was activated.

Just don't enter a key, and select I'm reinstalling Windows 10 on this PC.

Use 7-Zip to mount the ISO, and run setup.exe to begin the upgrade.

    Activating Windows 10 pro 64bit

    Hi RohitKa

Switching from the 32bit version of Windows 10 to the 64bit version, should not invalidate your Windows licence activation . ..

Activation issues after a re-install is generally caused by installing the incorrect Edition (Home Pro . . . etc.) of Windows 10, that does not match the previously installed Edition

    Open the Settings App

    Go to System - About

Does the Edition listed there march the previously installed Edition on that PC?
