Windows 10: Windows 10 Home Basic or Home Premium?

How do I know if I am running Windows 10 Home Basic or Home Premium? The Edition under Windows Specification just says Windows Home. It does not specify Basic or Premium. How do I know which one it is?
I need to know because of a memory upgrade question. RAM limits for Home Basic is 8GB, while Home Premium is 16GB.

There is a windows 10 home, but not something like Windows 10 Home basic or premium.

many comments are made that vista is a resource hog and im concerned about how true that is
