Windows 10: Windows 10 Home changed to Windows 10 Home Single Language

3 weeks ago I had added the Russian language to the keyboard, since I am learning that language, and I had no problems. But 6 days ago (17/4/2020) when I wanted to change the keyboard input method again, the language icon did't appear on the toolbar. And thinking it was some Windows error then I went to the control panel, but there was no error, what happened is that unexpectedly my Windows 10 Home changed to Windows 10 Home Single Language.

Does anyone know if Windows made any updates recently? Which modified, not only the icon to change keyboard input method, but also blocked the use of all Office programs and even Edge and image viewer programs don't work correctly since it doesn't allow me to use the keyboard shortcuts keyboard, no key can I use.

The version of windows that I used (Windows 10 Home) was official, it came installed on my notebook when I bought it 1 year ago. So this situation seems strange to me!

Download Windows 10 TH/RS

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1
