Windows 10: Windows 10 Home high system data usage

Hello i am facing problem of a lot data being used by my windows 10 system i have windows 10 home single language and its using data in background i dont know why but i tried everything set up network as metered connection and have turned have background apps and turned off automatic updates and every other thing that i got on google but still its consuming too much data even if i am not doing anything just connected and waiting on desktop its still consuming a lot of data i really need solution of this if someone can help me with this ?

• Type gpedit.msc in the search bar, then press Enter
  to open Local Group Policy Editor.
  
• Browse the following path:
  
  • Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Update
    
• Locate Configure Automatic Updates, then double-click it.
  
• Check the Enabled option to enable the policy.
  
• Under Options, change it to option 2 (Notify for download and notify for install).
  
• Click Apply, then OK.

High System Data Usage with Explorer

Hello All

Think Comcast data usage meter is acting up really, Probably last 30 days of explorer use for OneDrive, why shows so much, so probably a non issue that I didn't even need to make a thread on lol.
