Windows 10: Windows 10 Home license gone missing on HP laptop

AV errors that locked to laptop. Now, I perform reset on the laptop and now my Windows is not activated. I downloaded the Microsoft tools to get my license and tried to activate it but it is not accepting. Error 0xC0000022. Any help is appreciated.

Windows 10 Home license gone missing on HP laptop after resetting the laptop.

Windows 10 Home license gone missing on my HP laptop (18 months old) after resetting the laptop due to some AV errors that locked to laptop. The Microsoft product key tool found the license code but was not accepted by the activation server. What to do? How to activate the HP laptop now? I don't want to pay for another Win10 Home license from Microsoft Store (cost me 150 US or more?) Any help is appreciated.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
