Windows 10: Windows 10 home locking login EVEN THOUGH PIN WAS CORRECT. How to turn off 2 hour account...

I was locked out of my PC for incorrectly entering my PIN too many times which is odd as I didn't type it in wrong. After waiting the 2 hours, I tried to log in and very carefully typed in my PIN, viewing the PIN to make sure it was correct. My machine still refused to let me in and locked me out for another 2 hours. I use my laptop for work every day, so I am 100% certain of my PIN and absolutely did not put it in wrong after the first lockout.My machine again did not recognise my PIN as correct this morning and I was only able to get back into machine by going through the forgot my PIN opt

My laptop is locked for 2 hours... I know my 6digit pin ... my fingerprint used to work before... I forgot my login password.... in login section it says your pin is required to login

I even know my Microsoft account password ... how will I unlock my laptop... passwords are not working

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.

Windows locked for 2 hours

Hey, I have notebook with windows 11 installed.

I am using each 2-3 weeks at the weekend. Or atleast i want to use it but i can't.

Ntb is just sitting in a bag for 2-3 weeks and battery dies.

When i want to use it i can't. It is locked for 2 hours when i want to use PIN. There is no option to switch to different login method. Only option there is to reset the pin with microsoft account, but i dont want to do that.

So long story short. Windows is restraining access to my notebook for no reason. (No i dont see it as security feature, because it offers absolutely no security or any benefit)

Is there any way how can i turn off this really stupid "feature"?

Or am i supposed to hack my own to device to be able to use it?
