    Hi all....i kinda screwed up somehow...when trouble shooting a slow problem something happened with my home page, i have a dell inspiration desktop...my settings are up front, they should not come there until i select them... all my other icons have gone...been trying for hours to solve

    Task Bar Not Working Properly

    1. If there's any folder on the desktop, open it.

    2. Click on This PC from the left sidebar

    3. You can find an option Open Settings in the Top Ribbon. Click on it and try clicking it again if it does not open.(it may take sometime but would open)

    Task Bar Not Working Properly

    I've had the same problem but I've seen that it would stop at 20% for around 15-20min and again resume.

    Hmm, that is because you are in Tablet mode. Microsoft needs to place something on the screen stating that nothing is messed up.
