Windows 10: Windows 10 Home stuck on welcome screen for 15 minutes after windows update

The stucking on welcome screen problem has performed since two months ago........It all starts from an accident click on "pause updates for 7 days". And when I shut down the computer on that time onwards. The next and following times to startup the computer is already taking centuries stucking on welcome screen. Sometimes it could also happened to be stucking for 30~ 40 minutes, but normally was stucking 15 minutes.My computer can already startup and ready to be used within seconds before that.I was suspecting an update in start of June don't know which version was that, either KB4023057 or K

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
