    Windows 10 Home update locked

In autumn I tried to update to 1809, but failed after many tries and attempts. Later windows still tried to download and install the update background, but it made my computer and even internet speed so slow, I could not work normally anymore. So I tried to shut down the windwos update service. Eventually I disabled update service and made the service log on as ./guest account (well known trick in this forum). Now I brought mixed reality headset, but I cant install the required software because it need windows update to work for that. I cant turn on windows update service anymore. I ccouldn't find a solutions to fix it (with admin account of course). I tried Windows 10 Update Assistant to install latest updates, but on 0% its gives me error 0x8007025d. I hope there is a fix without reinstalling the Windows 10.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
