Windows 10: Windows 10 Home version 1809 "Some setting are hidden or managed by your organization"

I recently bought and updated my windows computer a month ago. I currently have Windows 10 Home version 1809. I was able to set up and am currently using the finger print sign in option but the issue is that I am unable to add or remove the finger print scanner option. All other option are available except for the finger print scanner and it gives the message "Some setting are hidden or managed by your organization" and "Windows hello is preventing some option from being shown" I have tried multiple solutions, changing policies in the local group policy editor, I have seen many solution for similar problems online but none have seemed to work for me. I have also tried my luck with the registry editor but nothing I do there seems to work either. Does anyone know what is causing this issue?

Thank you for the link. I was able to set my Diagnostics Data to Full by using gpedit.msc. But I still am not able to get rid of "Some settings are hidden or managed bu your organization."

Any advise?

I've installed Windows 10 Education Edition version 1709. When I set Lock screen up, windows show "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization.

Hi- is there a * before Settings?

If so I think it was not resolved- but in this case it wasn't on that screen:
