Windows 10: windows 10 home version 1909 updates not installing

Hi team

I am having problems again with updates for my windows 10 version 1909 x 64 home OS Build 18363-720 DESKTOP - 4ATJCEB

2020.04 KB 4549951 19 which I presume was 19 attempts to install

2020.05 KB 4556799 20 error message 0x800706be

2020.06 KB 4560960 18 error message 0x800706be

I tried a stand alone download of SSU stack KB 4560959 the download said it was not appropriate for my computer.

I also tried running DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image/Restorehealth from the system32/ prompt - it didn't recognise the command.

Can you help or will the Microsoft AI sort it out eventually on the automatic updates ?

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

 

Windows 10 Version 1909 Update Fails with error 0x8007001F

Dear all,

constantly getting the message that the update to Windows 10, Version 1909 fails. Detailed message:

• Funktionsupdate für Windows 10, Version 1909
• Fehler bei der Installation am ‎11.‎04.‎2020 – 0x8007001f

I couldn't find a solution in the community, yet. Thus I'm asking for support.

New install Windows 10 (issue solved)

It's good that you're not experiencing any issues. Unfortunately many folks are, a quick Google search will show the same info im offering the OP.

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
