Windows 10: Windows 10 Home - windows update error 0x80070422

Hi I wonder if anyone can help please. I am running Windows 10 home and noticed that I haven't had any updates since October 2020.When I check for updates I get the message: Error Encountered. There were some problems installing updates, but we’ll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x80070422I have googled the answer and have tried the System > Windows Update fix changing from disable to automatic both normally and run as administrator, but no matter what I do it reverts back to d

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
