    Windows 10 hp computer issues

There are different things going wrong with my windows 10 hp computer.

    • I cannot update my windows. It loads "checking for windows updates' for ages and never actually loads. Trouble shooter does not work for windows updates. I click on it, the blue loading sign next to the mouse pops up for a split second, it disappears, and it acts like nothing ever happened.
    • My Microsoft Store is also not working. There are apps on pending and will not download. It has been weeks and no progress has been made. When I press the x button to delete or cancel the downloads, they delete. It is when I exit out the Microsoft store and open it up again they come back like I didn't change anything. I also can't access my updates. I press on the 'Get Updates' bar on the upper left corner, but it loads for ages nd nothing loads. I have tried troubleshooter, which did find an issue with my computer once. From what I can tell, it did not fix anything. I tried using troubleshooter again to see if the same issue would pop up again, but it says it didn't find anything wrong with it after that.

Those are the major issues with my computer. Another issue is the "type here to search' bar does not work. I can type in it, and things will pop up accordingly (like they should), but I cannot click on anything. I always have to use Cortana to access anything quicker. I honestly don't mind the issue unless it's somehow connected to the more major issues with my computer.

I have used a thing called 'Reimage' and have it scan my computer. it states I have '16 stability issues' and '16 registry issues'. I could use Reimage to fix my problems, but it costs money.

Mind you, I JUST bought this computer not to long ago. I have tried multiple tactics and they either did not work, couldn't work, or I needed to pay for it. I would like a safe, easy, free option to fix my problems with the computer.

    Thanks for the help.

    :)
