Windows 10: Windows 10 icons slow to load but only after a restart

Hi there, I have a new install of win 10 on a new machine with SSD. When I cold boot the desktop icons appear instantly, however, when I restart they take about 20 - 25 seconds to load. I've deleted icon cache, tried clean boot, disabled all start up items and its still the same. Any ideas?

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

Disable Search won't make icons load faster. It just disables the ability to find programs and other stuff fast!
Naturally I tested your "tips" and still, loading icons are slow. It has to be some other thing going on in W10. Windows 7 didn't have this problem. Microsoft wake up!

 

Windows 10 desktop icons not in order

In ccleaner, did you uncheck cleaning the icon cache... have not used in a while; however, I think that is what the option is called.

Now, if you are setting the icons and they move after you have set the settings and not changed them... you may have the "Random Windows 10 Icon movement problem".
Some people have this and some don't.
