    I know, but yet without it there isn't much to try to solve this.
    You either need to get somewhere rescue media or you have to reinstall windows.

    When i open the pc its just loading them a sad face on blue screen appear and saying that "Your Pc is*running into problems.Will restart for you *Sad. then it saying in the loading screen that "starting automatic repair" while loading and when it finished loading it just turn into black screen.

    If you set the BIOS to the default settings, anything that has changed will be reverted back to the setting that it was.

    This error 'INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE' could mean that the boot files have been damaged.
    This is usually fixable via the advanced troubleshooting options where the command prompt is, this is why I need you to get/create recovery media.
