Windows 10: windows 10 incompatible with netgear products

i get this error twice every 5 to 10 minutes every day all day non-stop:

"MDM ConfigurationManager: Command failure status. Configuraton Source ID: ({02883013-08C0-4258-B607-97E216144048}), Enrollment Type: (FamilySafety), CSP Name: (AppLocker), Command Type: (Clear: first phase of Delete), Result: (./Vendor/MSFT/AppLocker/FamilySafety/FamilySafetyGroup)."

my internet connection gets throttled and/or the adapter gets disconnected when opening certain programs or connecting to certain multiplayer games/servers (on random as well)
this is not a driver issue
i have noticed half a dozen other people with the same problem, not being able to connect to the internet even when not using a usb adapter
please dont give me a crappy half baked response or redirect me to somewhere else
i want this to be over, and ive dealt with this for over a year and through multiple netgear adapters

Netgear DG834G v 4 and Windows 10

Follow Netgear's advice:

Do let us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

• What exactly happens when you try to access NETGEAR Genie on Windows 10?
• What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?
• What is the make and model of your device?

This issue might have occurred due to incompatible/ outdated drivers.

I suggest you to search for the latest drivers from the below link, download them, try to install them in compatibility mode on Windows 10 and check if it helps.

Select the appropriate support.

You can install Windows 8/8.1 drivers in compatibility mode if there are no Windows 10 compatible drivers.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Download the updated driver from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right click the driver installation file and select
  Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the driver and check.
