    Windows 10 Home Insider Preview 20206.1000 (rs_prerelease) was installed on 9/4. Hello does not work saying couldn't turn on camera and the camera stays on with the red sensor flashing. Sometimes after a reboot its ok.

    I have a dell Inspiron 5559 w 16GB RAM CPU i7-6500u 2.5 GHz 2.6
