But that's what surveys are for? How do you tell MS then (other than the feedback)?
I don't think anyone needs a surface here. But there's no harm if you try and win or lose. *Smile
The way out is to close the browser.

 

I do not do surveys that do not give you an out and are more than five questions.

I am not in need of something that you will never see. If you are that desperate for the prize. Then spend your money on something that will last. Not end up in the junk pile after it breaks.

My feedback is with my wallet, not some random survey from Microsoft, that we do not even have accounts with anymore.

 

I never use the feedback mechanisms, unless it is something critical. Such as the iOS Facebook app does not understand Burmese. That went straight to the top, because it is a high priority problem, since we sponsor a girl at a private boarding school for those kids who families live in the villages and do not have the money to afford an education for their children to get out of the cycle of poverty.

 

Nobody is forcing anybody to do the survey. Someone put up the topic and we're just saying that we did the survey. If you didn't do it, it's fine. It's nobody's loss. The survey is not random. It's specifically made for Insiders.

 

Yes they are forcing you to complete it, once you start it. That is what my biggest complaint has been

The Survey is as bad as the "Tests" that big Pharma's make you take, if you want to compete for a Sales position.

It is a good way to test the end user on if the program is justified or not. Whoever drew it up, does not understand how flowcharting works.

I swear every tim I get one of these. It reminds me of the Big Bang episode, where Jim Parson's character Sheldon gets himself stuck in an infinite loop (been there, done that at 4 in the morning, when trying to finish punching in code.).

So can you not just close the browser part way through? Just don't see what the issue is with the survey. I didn't put in my phone number, but I had no issues completing it.
