Windows 10: Windows 10 install iso from USB cannot find any drivers to install to nvme

I am trying to install a fresh installation of Windows 10 1909 on a new computer I built with a Gigabyte x570 Master motherboard and Ryzen 2700x processor. I have tried both a Samsung 970 Evo PLUS 1tb nvme drive as well as a Gigabyte Aorus 1tb nvme drive. Both are on the supported hardware list for this motherboard.


I downloaded a Windows10 ISO onto my linux machine and burned it to a usb. Booting into UEFI mode I am able to start the Windows 10 installation process.


However, it fails almost instantly, giving a warning "No device drivers were found. Make sure the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK." It appears unable to install to the nvme drive.


Unfortunately neither Gigabyte or Samsung are willing to provide the driver files and instead insist on using some EXE file that downloads the drivers for their drives for me. Which is about as useless as possible.


I Installed both the Samsung and Gigabyte driver exe files onto a working Windows 10 installation and copied the entire System32 folder onto a USB stick and presented it to my hopeful Windows10 installation. Never the less the Windows 10 installation still said there were driver files missing.


I even isolated both the Samsung and Gigabyte nvme driver files and presented those to Windows 10's installation to use as a driver and it still complained that these were the wrong drivers.


I went into the command prompt provided by the Windows installer and formatted the drive for NTFS and it did not change anything.


So how am I supposed to install Windows 10 on a computer from a fresh, verified, ISO and clean new USB drive?

Hi there, am not a windows 10 expert. I have a pc in the bedroom on windows 10, I messed up the bootloader trying to fix the xp on that system.

System wont boot, trying to repair via win 10 usb installer.

Downloaded the media creation tool to install windows 10 installer on usb stick. Not compatible with a host of usb sticks I have. Tried the usb sticks that others use, but I think they use rufus; as the media creation tool by win 10 does not detect the usb stick.

So quick question, the win10 machine i am trying to repair the bootloader is a win7 upgraded to win10.
If i were to use the usb win10 installer to "repair installation" does the version of the iso downloaded via the media creation tool matter?

There is three options:
Windows 10
Windows 10 Home
Windows 10 N

Also is there a step by step instead of using rufus as I want to try an alternative method of creating a usb win 10 installer. Preferably with more compatibility.

System is a asus sabertooth 990 (r2?) with AMD phenom X 6.

Also is there any other software I can load onto the usb that can repair the bootloader easily?

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
