    I was also having the same problem.
    Dont fresh install windows 10 as it is not understanding your resolution.
    So firstly upgrade windows 10 using only windows update as it will download drivers according to your pc and the after upgrade you can fresh install windows 10 using nfti tool.

    Rapidly pressing F8 as the PC reboots should get you into the Windows 10 repair screen. From there you can access the Command Prompt to boot to safe mode OR you can simply go into one of the menus on there that boots it into safe mode. I managed to do this last night, however, the changing of the driver, refresh rate, or resolution did not resolve my Out of Range issue, what-so-ever
