Windows 10: Windows 10 installation error 0x8007045D

Hello everybody, this is my first Reddit post and i hope that you can help me i tried to reinstall windows 10 because my laptop was very slow and i thought it was a good thing to do. I want to mention that i do not have the original windows 10 or any license key activate and i am operating on a Sony Vaio i5 M480 2.67GHz 4GB RAM 64 bit operating system

Everything was fine until i reached to the part where i need to copy the files from partition D to partition R that i created.

My laptop got a blue screen and then every time i moved the touchpad i got some weird beeps from the laptop.

I left it like this to do his thing and after 10 minutes it was good but i got the following error from copy proces tab : An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file.

Error 0x8007045D : the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

Install.esd Type: ESD

Size : 3.36 GB

I got options of : Try again Skip Cancel

I selected skip and the process continued . I did not went further after as i thought that a 3.36 GB it s quite important for the installation . I can now still use my laptop normally but wanted to check some opinions as i suppose once i run the installation without that file i might not be able to return. I am also not very good at tech but if you suggest something i can find my way and it would be very helpful.

Can anyone clarify this for me or offer a solution please ? Thank you !

@Ztruker yes i followed all the steps to the letter. i had gotten to step 15 (the installation of windows) where i had gotten error code 0x8007045D (the same error code as before) specifically it appears around 25-40% of the "getting files ready for installation" stage
