Windows 10: Windows 10 installation issue

Hi. I’m current trying to use the recovery options to reinstall windows 10 on a laptop. The installation has worked up to the point where it has asked me to check my regional settings. Once I confirm these it says that it can’t progress without downloading an update. I have clicked to install the update and it says please wait for a bit before restarting. Once it has rebooted it comes back to the region settings screen and then says that it needs an update again. I have attached a screenshot of this. Please help as I’m going round in circles at the moment!

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

There very simple and i've already tried them. The problem that i face is that the software (this app) does not find any updates for me .
Many people across the world have this issues .So you need the proxy etc thing to get it to work.
