Windows 10: Windows 10 installation keeps looping back to restart

I am trying to do a clean install of windows 10 onto a new ssd drive. I downloaded the media creation toolkit and followed all of the directions. during the installation process it goes through the steps of installation but when it gets to the finishing up step, it says windows needs to restart. I let it restart on its own, then I have to put in all the information again, the key code, language etc. it goes through the install steps again and restarts. It has done this 4 times now each time is exactly as the one before. I've gone over all my steps of preparation to install but I can't see anything that I've done wrong.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
