    Windows 10 installation menu won't show Blue Screen


    Hi all,


    So I just received a brand new PC and decided to save some money by installing windows myself. I went into the BIOS set the boot priority to my USB, disabled my SSD, but every time I boot the system I just get a blue screen, nothing on it and after about a minute my PC just shuts off.

    I am connected to a TV but I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

    I get my monitor tomorrow, will try that as well to see if I get the same issue but any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

    4870x2 won't display at 1680x1050 at all!

    OK. Now I know what ur problem is. Step by step:
    1. Go to Catalyst Control Center
    2. Click on the word "Graphic" right on top left corner. It will display drop down menu
    3. Click on Display monitor and will see the list of monitor at near bottom
    4. Right Click the monitor and select "Configure". It will show up the window
    5. There will be 3 option to select. Select the middle one and then click on the tab which show the bar with 15%.
    6. Drag the bar to max, and the screen will stretch to the native resolution 1680x1050.
    7. Also click the tab with showing RGB drop down list and select the last one (it will change to image quality for pc).

    Windows 10 installation menu won't show Blue Screen

    Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

    This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well

    Thanks for the help, do you have any further suggestions ?
