Windows 10: Windows 10 Installation Questions.

-Ok, I would like to perform a clean install of Windows 10 Pro but some of the steps are a bit unclear to me.


1.) I recently made a Windows 10 MCT bootable flash drive (32 GB).


a.) I'm wondering if It's using 1809 or 1903?

b.) From checking my C: drive, I can see that it is formatted to MBR. I'm not sure why as this computer is a month old and it should be able to use GPT/UEFI.

c.) I'm a bit confused when it comes to doing a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro. There seems to be different ways of doing this depending on whether you're using MBR or GPT. Can I not just plug in my USB drive with Windows 10 on it and change my BIOS to boot from that device to clean install Windows 10 Pro using GPT/UEFI?


Also:


2.) I want to create a Rufus boot.


a.) Should I select GPT as the partition scheme and UEFI? Also NTFS over FAT32? Again, keeping in mind that for whatever reason the shop that built my PC used MBR.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
