    Windows 10 "IRQL unexpected value" error


    I get "IRQL unexpected value" error after install the external DVB driver (when I shut down PC) and don't turn off my PC.

    This problem occurs in versions 1607, 1703, 1709, 1803 of Windows.

    Hi, I was updating Windows and drivers and then this happened. I can't get past the error screen. Could this be what is causing the problem?

    IRQL UNEXPECTED VALUE WINDOWS 10

    this **** irql unexpected error is annoying.....it randomly shuts down my pc and i think i will go back to windows 7 because nobody can give me a fix
