Windows 10: Windows 10 is not recognizing Sony DCR-HC20 Handycam via USB

I am trying to capture some video taken on a Sony DCR-HC20 Handycam on mini dv tapes. The camera is working fine but is not being recognized by two windows 10 computers. I have tried connecting via both USB and DV to USB cables. I have also installed the latest drivers from both Microsoft and Sony. I am trying to figure out if there is anything I have missed. What am I missing?

Thank you Anup.

I went through the links and also through the Sony Community site. Bottom line, this handycam is not supported at this point of time.

I would have appreciated an input whether we can expect the compatible drivers anytime in the future or I should simply forget either my handycam or the Laptop with Windows 10 OS.
