Windows 10: Windows 10 is not working error code (0x80070422)

So yesterday I went in the settings and it said that a new update was available so I clicked install but when it was installing I think I closed my computer or closed the settings program And nothing was wrong Today I go to my computer and while I am trying to login it says : something happened and your pin isn't available So I go on my brothers account and I see I am not connected to the internet and I trier everything even troubleshooting and nothing works Then I go on the updates to see if something is wrong and it says : There was problems installing updates but we'll try again later . If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information this may help : (0x80070422) Help me please I need to use my computer and I can't even login on my account and use the internet even tho my ethernet cable is connected and has a light (which means it is currently working)

I am having the same issue with win 10. I have done all these steps and am still getting error code0x80070422) when I check for updates and using the store.

When I tried to run net start wuauserv I get error 1058 as well.

Any help not mentioned above would be appreciated.
