Windows 10: Windows 10 ISO updates from Microsoft Media Creation Tool

Hi everyone,

I'm new here but hope to stay a long time *Smile

I have a question regarding the ISO files that get downloaded via the Media Creation Tool.

If I were to have downloaded the 1803 ISO say in May of this year and then redownloaded it again today would the latest ISO image have all he latest patches and updates rolled-in?

Or is the initial launch ISO hard-baked and doesn't change over its lifetime?

I hope this makes sense (it does in my head, so fingers crossed).
