Windows 10: Windows 10 keep crashing when working with Video or Photo editors

Hi All,


I have an issue started today with a new update installed.

All my Adobe (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and AfterEffect) and Davinci Resolve editors are crashing with the same blue screen whea_uncorrectable_error

First, it shows me a core file with hal.dll ntoskrnl.exe and PSHED.dll issues, however, after I have upgraded my Graphic card driver Geforce 430 it still crashing but without any errors and core file shows: Unknown_Module_00000000`00000000


I have tested my PC with many tools for HDD issues: not found, SSD issues - not found, CPU and RAM - not found, GPU could not found how to test, however, 3D Mark test did not find anything and all test with stress passed fine.


No issues with playing games, only with photo and video editing.


My PC:

i7 - 7820x

Corsair 32 GB RAM

GeForce GTX 1070 (8Gb)

Samsung SSD 960.


Does anyone familiar with this issue and how to fix it?

Reinstallation of the software is not helping.

Windows 10 crashing and rebooting while exporting a video in Windows Photos Video Editor

Hi all,

I have a Lenovo Laptop Thinkpad Edge with 1st GEN i3 processor with 8 GB RAM.

While in Windows Photos Video Editor, using the "Export or Share" option, I was trying to export a video.

After a few seconds, after about 5% of the task, the system suddenly crashes and reboots.

The task in not completed. There is no video saved anywhere.

How to stop the computer from crashing?

Can anyone help me please?

Please suggest me a very good video editor and a photo editor (although inbuilt photo editing is there but still if there is any better) for my nokia 808 pureview white and from where i can download these and install in my mobile.

2. Which version of Windows 10 is installed on your device?

Lynn Nairn dated on May 7, 2018 regarding the issue with the missing Video editor feature.
