Windows 10: Windows 10 keeps changing registry key on reboot

Every time I restart Windows 10 the following registry key is changed without my permission[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\taskmgr.exe] "Debugger"="C:\\Program Files\\ClassicTaskmgr\\tm.exe"what do I need to do to prevent Windows from changing this key, this is getting very annoying.

I need to make changes in HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\.

I am able to do that with Regedit or with importing a .reg file.

The change is made.

I reboot, and the Registry key is back to what it was before the change.

I have changed the ownership of the key to myself.

I changed the permission for SYSTEM from Full Control to Read.

I have run regedit as administrator.

I followed a suggestion I found involving a dummy registry hive file, and it worked but again the change was cancelled after reboot.

I am at my wit's end.

Where is the old key info coming from and how do I stop it?

 

Default Printer keeps changing in Windows 10

1. Did this issue started recently? If yes, then what are the recent changes that you have made to the computer prior to this issue?
   

Method 1:

I suggest you to try turning off “let Windows manage your default printer” and check if you are still facing the issue. To do so follow the steps below:

Open Start and select Settings
> Devices > Printers & scanners. Turn off
Let Windows manage my default printer.





If you still have issues, please follow the suggestion in method 2.

• When the Registry Editor opens, navigate to the following location:
  

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows

• In the right pane, right click on
  “LegacyDefaultPrinterMode” and click modify to change the value of
  LegacyDefaultPrinterMode from the default 0 to 1.
  
• Restart your computer.
  
• Try setting you default printer again.

windows 10 key

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
