    Windows 10 keeps closing almost every program and function immediately.


    Please help me!
    I am having a very strange and frustrating issue. Windows 10 closes apps and programs immediately after I open them. Can`t run programs, can`t setup anything and even some windows functions in windows settings are open for a few seconds and then just close. What`s interesting:

    • I've found out that when I run windows in safe mode - it`s all ok and works just fine.
    • Also, when I'm creating a new user - everything just works fine there. Like there`s no problem at all, but when I switch to the main windows profile - still can`t run anything properly...
      What can I do? Need to fix it because I can't work properly and I can`t find a solution - it`s driving me crazy.

    Programs I open immediately close

    I have Windows 10. It was fine but then a few months ago my mouse started acting weird and now whenever I open a program, if it opens that is, most of them immediately close. Or they don't close but reset.

    Examples:

    In browser, I search for something and go to look at an answer, immediately the tab refreshes to the Google Search homepage.

    When I open Documents, I click through 1 or options and back to the Documents homepage.

    I've ran virus checks, and when those don't close out, it says everything is fine and up to date.

    Then there's the mouse, when that started glitching on me, it kept having me have to double click stuff. Highlighting doesn't always work, and sometimes if I'm in a documents, when I'm trying to highlight something, it ends up moving what the text out of
    order.

    Any suggestions?

    To better assist you, we need additional information:

    • Did it happen after an update?
    • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

    Meanwhile, we suggest running a System File Checker, a tool that
    allow users to scan for corruptions in Windows.

    Windows 10 keeps closing almost every program and function immediately.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
