Windows 10: Windows 10 keeps shutting off

Hi, I’ve been playing Cold War on my pc for a while and recently it’s been shutting off my pc mid game and I just turn it back on and it does it again after like 5 minutes. What’s wierd is my pc isn’t overheating because I had only been playing for about 30 minutes. And after it shuts off about 2-3 times it won’t let me turn it back on for like 5 minutes. It’s never done this before and I’ve had my pc for over a year

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
