Windows 10: Windows 10 lag bug for every 10 seconds

Hello I just recently got Windows 10 for my Dell Latitude e4300. With a Core 2 Duo with a m4500 HD everything will went running and smoothly when I had Windows 7 on the system but once I upgraded to Windows 10 there were tons of problems with the system in the system was not even bottlenecking at all such as like there was some stuttering for every 10 seconds I use the system when I use video playback or use Google Chrome Firefox literally any program I use it stutters or lags and the sound starts to stutter as well I honestly think it may have to do something with the new update of Windows 10 causing it 2 make this bug to make it stutter a lot even during regular system used to or even gameplay I used the lightest programs such as like dosbox or SNES emulator which this computer was running no problem with Windows 7 but once I install Windows 10 it started to stutter only at least about goes immediately down to two then goes back up to 60 frames per second so I honestly think the Microsoft team should work on removing these random stuttering on computers especially Legacy computers like mine I've even try raining everything from such as running disk errors running special programs to help the light the system that I do trust and I evened reinstalled windows with it as well so I honestly maybe the problem is is the new update for July update for August update they need to fix this stuttering bug and this should be fixed immediately before any damage could cause I honestly think Windows 7 should have it extended support because of Windows 10 is having lots of bug issues

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 Tweaks

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

• Launch the Store from your Start menu.
• Click the user icon next to the search box.
• Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
• Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
• When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”
